These Terms and Conditions govern access to the Vesperinse™ store and the purchase of stationery and journaling materials offered through it. Vesperinse™ is operated by Jinjiang Yuyu Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., whose legal representative is Song Xingyu. By browsing the website, submitting an order, or contacting support, you acknowledge that you have read these terms and the related policies linked from the site.
Business identity. The brand name Vesperinse™ and the legal company name Jinjiang Yuyu Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. refer to the same operating relationship described above. The company maintains the website, publishes product information, coordinates fulfillment, and provides customer support through service@upliftsophi.com.
Product information. We make reasonable efforts to present accurate titles, descriptions, dimensions, materials, images, and usage notes. Small differences may occur because of screen settings, lighting, printing, cutting, surface texture, and ordinary manufacturing variation. A product image is an informative representation and should be read with the written specifications. Customers are responsible for reviewing the product page for suitability before ordering.
Order acceptance. An order request is subject to item availability, address review, technical confirmation, and the store's ability to fulfill the selected products. Changes and cancellation. A customer may ask to change or cancel an order by contacting service@upliftsophi.com as soon as possible. We will make a reasonable effort to help before fulfillment or dispatch. Once preparation or carrier handling has begun, a change may not be possible. Shipping and delivery. Fast shipping is used for the standard service, with a usual delivery guidance of 3–7 days after dispatch. The Shipping Policy explains tracking, carrier exceptions, address issues, partner fulfillment, and delay handling. A carrier event does not remove the customer's ability to report a credible delivery problem.
Returns and refunds. Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery, subject to the condition and request process in the Return & Refund Policy. Approved refunds are issued within 7–10 business days after an approved return has been received and reviewed. Mandatory consumer rights that apply to the customer are not limited by these terms.
Acceptable use. Visitors must use the website lawfully and respectfully. Do not interfere with the site's operation, introduce malicious code, scrape protected areas, impersonate another person or business, submit false information, infringe intellectual property, or use the site to harass staff or other visitors.
